This is a handmade sukapan, made by myself! I made it to raise a bit of money for vet bills for my sick kitty /k. . t I spent about 2 weeks making it and $50 in supplies.... It is made from a soft brushed fabric with satin lining for comfort! there are built in shorts and an elastic waistband. the waist measurement (flat) is 13"-18". and the length is about 11.5". It has a removable bow and pompom ties at the side. I worked super hard to make it as good as possible, but please understand this is a handmade item! Thanks for looking ^**^<br><br>
