Rare 1971 black and white 6.5" x 5" photograph of Count Basie and U.S.I.S. Ambassador Harold McConeghey in Burma (Myanmar). Third individual from the Burmese government is unidentified. Private family photo taken by Mr. McConeghey's wife during Count Basie's concert for locals and a Buddhist temple. Part of the United States federal music project (WPA music program). In very clean, well-kept, lightly used condition with no visible damage or stains. GC 026 B 1. These photos are unique, private family photos, with no other duplicates known to exist.
